Admission & Occupancy Policies

The PHA Board of Commissioners has approved Admission and Occupancy Policies for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. The policies are updated when necessary to comply with changes in federal regulations and to respond to funding changes, housing market conditions and other factors.
