Our family development sites and duplex clusters (total 1,338 units) offer attractive homes at convenient locations in many of St. Paul's neighborhoods. Multiple programs and services are offered for children, teens and adults, such as:

  • Childcare (Headstart, Early Starters Program, E.C.F.E. and Growing Places)
  • Healthcare (Clinics and WIC program)
  • Tutoring for children and youth; ESL, GED and computer classes
  • Counseling, skill enhancement and many other social services through various on-site agencies
  • Community centers, playgrounds and nearby recreation centers
