How to Apply

The PHA advertises available positions in the major newspapers as well as numerous minority and community-based newspapers. The PHA also sends a position availability notice to several social service agencies, community and minority organizations, other local housing authorities and other groups.

There are three ways to obtain an employment application:

To Receive an Application By Mail

Call 651-298-5664. An application will be mailed to you.

To Obtain an Application in Person

Stop by the PHA Administrative Office at W. Andrew Boss Building, 555 N. Wabasha Street, Suite 400, Saint Paul, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
